TEEN CLASSES

Teen classes are for ages 12-17.  They are taught in small groups of 2-6 students to ensure safety and plenty of hands-on experience.  Classes can be taken individually or in a set of five.  Each class is approximately 2 hours long and includes a hearty snack or meal at the end.

ADULT CLASSES

Adult classes are for ages 18 and up.  Classes are taught in small groups of 2-6 students to ensure plenty of hands-on experience.  Classes can be taken individually or in a set of five. Each class is about 2.5 hours long and includes preparation of two full meals to reinforce the concepts we learn.

I learned so much in just the first class!! I can’t wait to tell my husband he is using the knife wrong, needs to add some lemon and salt for flavoring, the differences of salt and impact to flavoring, etc! And can not wait to make the yummy avocado toast and frittata this weekend!
