This class lays the groundwork for success in the kitchen.  Knife skills are essential to cooking healthy food, so first we will make friends with our knives and do lots of chopping, because if you aren't chopping... you aren't cooking!  We will also cover some key concepts like seasoning, tastes and flavors as we whip up some simple and healthy dishes you might make for breakfast or a snack.


Topics include food safety, knife safety, knife skills, prep and organization, seasoning, tastes and flavor, egg cookery and more.
