When it comes to cooking your meat and veggies, you have options! Knowing your options, you can choose based on not only effort level and cooking time, but ultimately the flavor, texture, appearance and even nutritional value you want in your dish.


Techniques we will learn and practice include knife skills, marinades, stir frying, searing and roasting meats, boiling, steaming, sautéing and roasting vegetables and more.

SUMMER MENU

  • Meal 1: beef and/or portobello fajitas with sauteed peppers and onions, pico de gallo, cilantro lime riced cauliflower, Mexican street corn

  • Meal 2: chimichurri pork tenderloin, steamed baby potatoes, roasted green beans
