Poultry and legumes are versatile sources of protein and grains provide fiber and long-lasting energy—you likely eat one or more of them daily!  Learning a variety of flavor profiles and techniques for preparing them will help keep you out of a meal rut.


Techniques we will learn and practice include knife skills, marinades, roasting, pan frying and grilling poultry, cooking and finishing grains, soups, salads, sauces and more.

SUMMER MENU
