People are often nervous to cook seafood and hesitant to eat pasta—but fear not!  Seafood is actually quick and easy to cook, while whole grain varieties of pasta provide healthy carbs for energy and also serve as a perfect vehicle or accompaniment for lean proteins and colorful veggies.


Techniques we will learn and practice include knife skills, poaching, sautéing and broiling seafood, cooking and finishing pasta, sauces, salads and dressings, and more.

SUMMER MENU

  • Meal 1: crab cakes, summer orzo salad

  • Meal 2: pesto salmon, farmer's market pesto pasta
